How We Work
Discovery & Architecture (Weeks 1–2)
Define user flows, data models, integration points, and offline requirements. You receive a written technical specification and screen-by-screen wireframe before any code is written. Scope is fixed before build begins - no mid-project surprises.
Design System & Prototype (Weeks 2–4)
Component library first, then screen-level design. Figma prototype with interactions at the end of this phase. You test the experience on a real device before development starts, so feedback happens before it costs development time.
Development in Sprints (Weeks 4–14)
Two-week sprints with a TestFlight and Play Console build after every sprint. You test on your own device with real data. Issues caught early. All integrations tested against your live backend - not mocked data.
QA and Performance (Week 14–15)
Device testing across iOS (iPhone SE to Pro Max) and Android (Samsung, Xiaomi - the dominant UAE Android brands). Performance profiling to eliminate jank. App Store and Google Play metadata, screenshots, and submission handled by us.
Launch and 90-Day Support (Ongoing)
Production release with crash monitoring (Sentry). Push notification infrastructure verified. Three months of bug fixes and performance monitoring included. Optional ongoing retainer for feature development.
