Context
Assisted Living Project is a premium UK care placement service connecting families with the right assisted living facilities. Their business operates in a high-trust, high-stakes market: the families they work with are navigating one of the most emotionally complex decisions of their lives, and speed, personalisation, and authority matter enormously.
When they came to Codenovai, the gap between their service quality and their commercial infrastructure was significant. Leads were arriving through disconnected channels with no unified attribution. The sales team was spending 2–4 hours manually qualifying each inquiry. Email went to spam. There was no CRM — just spreadsheets.

Martech · SalesBranded NFC cards for the full sales team. Every tap logs in ZOHO with the rep's name, location, and timestamp. First tap triggers a personalised 3-email welcome sequence with the rep's photo and tailored facility brochure. Second+ taps trigger a re-engagement flow.
Marketing Hub Automations

Email Deliverability Infrastructure
