Pooya founded Codenovai (Technova Solutions FZCO) in Dubai in 2024 to design, build and run production software for clients across the GCC, UK and EU. Our Story
We built Codenovai because good software kept dying in scope documents.
Technova Solutions FZCO was founded in Dubai in 2024 on a narrow thesis: most software fails commercially long before it fails technically. It dies in discovery, in re-scoping, in the gap between what an agency proposes and what a team can actually ship. So we built a studio around the opposite promise — a fixed price, a fixed timeline, and running software at the end of it.
Then agents changed the economics. Claude Agent Skills, MCP, and AWS Strands let a small senior pod produce what used to need a floor of engineers — but only when the work runs inside a control system. So we built the control system first: golden-set evals, automated tests, human review gates, and an audit log you can read. Speed came second, on purpose.
Today we run our own products on the same stack we sell — Hisabi.ai for finance teams across the GCC, OpenClaw for private multi-agent deployment, and Private AI for regulated industries. Nothing we recommend is something we have not already run in production ourselves.
